Marilyn called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm

Marilyn reviewed agenda.

 

Don will read roles and responsibilities from the by-laws.

Manager’s report – April and May

 

Motion made by Marilyn to approve dollars to have sand and cement removed from the Phoenix greenbelt.

Motion made by Dana to approve funds $315.90 for manager to send lien letters on 16 houses.

Motion made to Jeff sign on the checks made by Dana

Motion made by Dana – No board member, officer, or otherwise shall be authorized to request supplies from HOA, or funds or reimbursement from HOA without prior approval of the board (i.e. vote)

Motion made by Dana – No board member, officer or otherwise shall write a check on the HOA account to themselves and also sign the check. (If the board votes to reimburse a board member for expenses another person must sign the check)

Motion made Marilyn by to approve $4000 for sprinkler repairs

Deposit $ into checking and then transfer once into savings (if greater than 21 checks deposited) is a fee.

 

Need a website monitor Dena volunteered to attempt to keep up the website

 

Need to take pictures of new fences – from previous grant to prove that we completed grant project

 

Be thinking of a project to apply for City’s beautification grant.

 

Motion made by Marilyn for the manager to DeVolt to complete 990 EZ tax form

Homeowner requested 1% refund – did not receive statement.  Paid 1% late fees for the current

year 2006, waived 2005.
