Marilyn called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm Marilyn reviewed agenda.
Motion made by Dena to approve April Minutes as amended 2nd by Jeff In favor: unanimous
Motion made by Don to approve May Minutes as amended. 2nd by Nancy In favor: unanimous
Manager’s report presented by Beverly.
Motion made by Mary to have the manager’s report and treasurer’s report and agenda sent together a week prior to the meeting date. 2nd by Jeri Oppose: Dana In favor: Marilyn, Don, Dena, Nancy, Jeff, Jeri, Mary, Jeanet
Discussion regarding sprinklers. Do we want to research finding a minor sprinkler repairs? Request manager look into a local person. Board asks for proof of insurance and licenses – documents required to do business in the City of Plano.
Motion made by Jeff to spend $300 or less to trim trees on Beaumont and Parking lot of Roman Court. 2nd by Nancy In favor: unanimous
Action item – manager to register the by-laws with the county. Action item – manager to the $50 to renew in the Plano HOA Council Action item – board, read and review the complete CC&R document. Next, read the document as it as it relates to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Nancy presented common area report The valve covers on Roman Court North need to be replaced and the ground has shifted so the covers are not properly shaped.
Jessica Allen from the City of Plano Property Standards Office attended meeting and gave a presentation from her department.
Marilyn discussed the Beautification Program - it was suggested that we could install iron fences on Coit Road to replace the Photinia bushes that seem to be slowly dying. This idea will be investigated and discussed at the next meeting. The fences could be done in sections to defray the cost.
Jeff discussed the Website - he will update it for July. Thanks Jeff!
A credit card is needed for internet payments. It will be in Heatherwood's name. Discussed number of trees to be trimmed common areas. Manager requested to write letter of concern to B&B lawn maintenance regarding problems with service.
