Motion by Pat to allow Marilyn to take the MikeLynn Investments LTD information to attorney to determine if member if LTD/ home owner can be a board member. 2nd by Dana In favor: Marilyn, Dana, Pat, Richard Abstain Jeanet and Jeri
Board created and proposed 2007 budget
Per Email Don Cisneros resigned as Treasurer and resigned from the board
